• Yellow LED: Power presence indicator.
• Green LED: Ready relay indicator.
• Red LED: Faulty state

  2. Fast Blink: Missed 1 or 2 phases.
  3. Slow Blink: Phase voltage failure.(overvoltage or undervoltage).
